What is Petide Concierge?
Petide Concierge is an educational and care-coordination service for dog parents exploring emerging peptide and wellness options. We provide clear information and connect you with vetted veterinary and pharmacy partners through one streamlined process.
How does the process work?
Begin by reviewing our educational resources. When you're ready, Petide Concierge connects you with a licensed veterinarian who will evaluate your dog, discuss appropriate options and determine whether treatment may be a suitable fit. If a prescription is issued, it is sent to a licensed pharmacy for fulfillment.
Is Petide Concierge a veterinary clinic or pharmacy?
No. Petide Concierge does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, manufacture products or dispense medication. Those services are provided independently by licensed veterinary and pharmacy professionals.
What does the $39 fee cover?
The one-time $39 fee covers access to our streamlined process, including educational guidance, connection to a vetted veterinary partner and coordination through the next appropriate steps.
Does the $39 fee include the veterinary consultation or medication?
No. Veterinary consultations, diagnostic testing, prescribed medication and pharmacy charges are separate. Applicable costs should be disclosed before you decide whether to proceed.
Will my dog automatically receive a prescription?
No. A prescription is never guaranteed. The veterinarian will consider your dog's condition, medical history, current medications and individual needs before deciding whether any treatment is medically appropriate.
Are these peptides approved for use in dogs?
Many peptides discussed on our website are considered investigational and have not been FDA-approved to treat the conditions described in dogs. Available research may be limited to laboratory, rodent or other preclinical studies. Your veterinarian should explain the evidence, uncertainties and potential risks before any decision is made.
How do you select your partners?
We screen our veterinary and pharmacy partners by reviewing applicable licenses, professional standing, relevant experience and approach to responsible patient care. We seek veterinarians who are knowledgeable about emerging peptide research and open to considering these options when supported by a dog's individual needs and their independent medical judgment. Our partners do not promise results or prescribe automatically—they prioritize informed decisions, transparency and appropriate veterinary oversight.
How do you help ensure product quality?
When a prescription is medically appropriate, it is fulfilled through a licensed pharmacy—not an unknown online seller. We prioritize pharmacy partners that follow applicable compounding requirements and maintain documented quality-control practices. Testing procedures may vary by preparation, so specific testing information should be confirmed with the dispensing pharmacy.
Why shouldn't I purchase peptides from another website?
Products sold through unknown or unverified sources may not offer clear information about identity, potency, handling, sterility or professional oversight. Our process is designed to help you avoid self-diagnosing or selecting a product without first consulting a licensed veterinarian.
Are peptides safe for every dog?
No treatment is appropriate for every dog. Potential risks may vary based on your dog's age, diagnosis, medical history, medications and the specific preparation being considered. Safety and monitoring should be discussed directly with the veterinarian.
How is my information handled?
We request only the information reasonably needed to coordinate your experience. Information may be shared with participating veterinary and pharmacy partners as described in our privacy policy and with appropriate authorization.
Can the veterinarian I'm connected with become my regular veterinarian?
Yes, if you choose. The veterinarians in our network are not limited to discussing peptide options—they can provide comprehensive veterinary care and ongoing support for your dog. Available services may vary by provider and location, and emergency or in-person care may still require a local veterinary facility.
What if my dog is experiencing an emergency?
Petide Concierge does not provide emergency veterinary services. If your dog is experiencing difficulty breathing, collapse, severe pain, uncontrolled bleeding, repeated vomiting, seizures or another urgent concern, contact your veterinarian or the nearest emergency animal hospital immediately.
